This shocking clip shows an elderly woman apparently being abused at the hands of care home staff.
The awful footage reportedly involves the 88-year-old Maria Tapia being tied to a pole and asking "why are you tying me?"
The nurses can be heard replying: "Are you going to shut up? Or else I won't tie you, I'll hang you."
The incident allegedly occurred at Anos Dorados nursing home near Santiago, Chile.The name of the establishment translates to 'Golden Years".
The blood curdling yells and screams of the elderly woman can be heard on the footage.
According to the Daily Star, authorities have been quick to act upon the video, which has gone viral, and the home could be shut down.
The mayor, Christian Vittori, visited the home to find that it did not have the proper authorisation documentation.
Maria has been moved to a local hospital and is now being looked after by her daughters.
